Bill's Fried Peppers

Peppers

From the kitchen of resident Bill at The Watermark

Bill’s love for cooking was no secret. Fellow residents could smell his amazing meals as they walked by his apartment. Soon enough, Community Life Assistant Anna invited him to teach a Watermark University cooking class called, A Spice of Life With Bill. His specialty? You’ve got it right in your hands, “Bill’s Fried Peppers.” During Bill’s class, residents enjoyed his peppers on a toasted baguette, paired with a glass of red wine.
