Directions
Prep
Cut tomatoes into quarters and blend.
Chop or chiffonade basil.
Chop oregano.
Combine
Puree tomatoes, basil, and oregano in food processor or blender until smooth.
Add cream or half & half to your liking.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Simmer
Cook in a pot on low until flavors meld. About 20 minutes.
If you like spicy, add some red pepper flakes.
