A group of members from Watersound Fountains℠ was recently featured in an article published by SoWal Life for their out-of-state trip, one that they planned together.
As part of the community’s Extraordinary Outings program, the five members traveled to Biloxi, Mississippi for a three-day getaway where they visited local landmarks, dined on barbecue, and even enjoyed an evening of gambling and cocktails.
“This trip was their brainchild, and I was thrilled to be along for the ride and see them experience the joy of it becoming a reality,” said Community Life Director Michelle Grave. “It’s been a privilege walking alongside our members as they experience new things and live out their dreams in retirement.
