The PalCare Real-Time Location System (RTLS) can provide the exact location of residents and associates within 3 feet. This makes it possible to easily locate an individual and respond quickly to any event where care or immediate assistance is needed.
Each resident and associate receives a PalCare badge that’s used to determine their location in real time. That data is sent to associates via mobile alerts when an emergency or call device is activated. For added convenience, residents in select communities can use the badge as a digital key to their residence and outside doors, and they can add amenities or purchases made at community restaurants to their monthly statement instead of paying with cash or card.
