On July 1, Watermark welcomed two new communities — The Watermark at Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington and Sonrisa Senior Living — to the company. The addition of these communities expands our relationship with developer Alliance Residential, joining three other communities brought to Watermark by Alliance earlier this year.
The Watermark at Bellevue comprises a newly opened, 7-story Assisted Living and Memory Care building, and a 22-story Independent Living tower, which opens in summer 2024.
Sonrisa Senior Living, set on a beautiful two-acre campus in Roseville, California, includes an Assisted Living and Memory Care building set to open later this summer and a newly opened Independent Living building.
In addition to Bellevue and Sonrisa, Alliance communities now under Watermark management include The Watermark at Almaden in San Jose, California, Watermark Laguna Niguel in Laguna Niguel, California, and The Watermark at the Pearl in Portland, Oregon.
