The two newest additions to our Élan Collection — in Coral Gables and West Palm Beach, Florida — have opened. The Watermark at Coral Gables and The Watermark at West Palm Beach, developed by ZOM Living, join seven other Élan Collection communities setting the new standard for luxury senior living in destination cities. Grand Opening events were held at the communities beginning July 21.
The Watermark at Coral Gables has 199 apartments and five dining venues, and The Watermark at West Palm Beach has 155 apartments and four dining venues. Each community features an on-site spa and salon, a wellness center, and a rooftop pool and garden. Both offer flexible spending and services, amenities, and programming that redefine the luxury senior living experience in South Florida, including our signature, award-winning Memory Care and Watermark University programs.
