Executing on Our Vision

Thus far in 2023, Watermark has welcomed three new developments to the fold with the openings of The Watermark at Coral Gables and The Watermark at West Palm Beach in Florida and The Hacienda at Georgetown outside of Austin, Texas; and we successfully transitioned The Watermark at Almaden in San Jose, Sonrisa Senior Living (IL only) outside of Sacramento and The Watermark at Bellevue (AL/MC only) in Washington.

For the balance of 2023 and into 2024, we have numerous developments opening and Watermark is excited to welcome these projects to the family! There are also a number of new development initiatives that continue to be pursued and we anticipate several of those beginning construction in 2024 and 2025.

2. Sonrisa Senior Living – Roseville, CA (AL/MC expansion) – Anticipated Q3 2023
3. The Hacienda Mission San Luis Rey – Oceanside, CA (IL, AL, and MC development) – Anticipated Q3 2023
4. Watersound Fountains – Watersound, FL (IL development) – Anticipated Q4 2023
5. Unity Prosper Province – San Gabriel, CA (AA development) – Anticipated Q4 2023
6. The Watermark at the Pearl – Portland, OR (IL, AL, and MC development) – Anticipated Q4 2023
7. The Watermark at Bellevue – Bellevue, WA (IL expansion) – Anticipated Q2 2024
8. The Watermark at San Jose – San Jose, CA (AL/MC development) – Anticipated Q2 2024
