Greta Fruhling Frazier

I began my career in senior housing as a senior analyst, conducting operational analyses as well as financial and market feasibility assessments, including valuations of potential purchases. As vice president of operations with The Fountains, I created and managed standards of operational performance that addressed every detail of operation, including resident and associate satisfaction, community financial performance and staffing, and health care and regulatory compliance.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Arizona with a concentration in finance.
